Our Project

SanmaBriz Properties will build a 10 floor business center of 5000 square meter per floor with a total space of 50,000 square meter. Each floor will comprise of 5 unit of 100 square meter, 10 unit of 200 square meter and 5 unit of 400 square meter excluding ground floor. The 100 square meter unit will include 1 toilet with a washbasin, plus a kitchenette and 1 air conditioning system of 24000btu, whereas the 200 square meter unit will include 1 lady and 1 gent toilet with a washbasin, plus a kitchenette and 2 air conditioning system of 24000btu, the 400 square meter unit will include 2 lady and 2 gent toilet with a washbasin, plus a kitchenette and 4 air conditioning system of 24000btu. Each floor will also include corridor, lift access and staircase and floored with heavy duty tiles.

The ground floor will have a reception area, toilet for 5 ladies and 5 gents and washbasin, staircase and lift access plus a waiting area.

Each unit will have individual access to water from CWA and electricity produced from solar panels,

Each unit will be connected to the central telephone system through fiber or UTP cable for communication with the reception/security services for information or complaint filing. The building will be under CCTV surveillance system being monitored by the security officers. Large parking facility will provided.


To complete the project the cost is of USD 25 MILLON ($ 25,000,000) and will require 18 to 24 months to complete.


Funding/investment required, project share are sold to any investor from any region of the world at $1000 a share unit in the project. A legal contract shall be signed between the investor and SanmaBriz Properties Ltd. Upon completion of the project and at financial year ending 31st December profit/bonus will be paid at 4% of sum invested every year until maturity of agreement. Upon maturity investor may call back invested money or may simply enjoy the profit/bonus further extending the investment.

In case I deposit my saving in a bank, as per above grid I will receive interest up to 2.10% upon maturity.

         

In case the deposit does not reach maturity there might be no interest on the deposit amount.

     

BUT: We at Sanmabriz guarantee the interest to be paid every year till the maturity at the rate of 4% which is twice the bank rate worldwide. Invest in our project to earn more return on your savings for future.
